As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carl Endorf - State Farm Agent, you will be a team lead for service in my Las Vegas agency and generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- State Farm Agency experience a must
- Fully Licensed Nevada Property & Casualty, Life & Health
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
